I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. I loved that it was very clean and had great facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, with a supermarket within walking distance and the village just a short walk away. I appreciated that they had parking available and the staff was very helpful, especially in giving me directions for transportation.
Absolutely nothing.

Very good value apartment -3 of us staying for 48 Euro/night. enjoyed the indoor pool area
but disappointed that the nice seating area in reception was only available for a couple of hours morning and evening also stair carpet and bedspreads in the apartment could have been cleaner

Appartment was clean & well equipped. A good base for getting to know an interesting area. The morning walk to get bread involving a footbridge over the river Lot was the highlight.
Internet access did not extend to our appartment but was available from the pleasant lobby.

Spent a lovely Easter holiday here! the pool was a great feature and perfect to cool off in on a hot day. the location was ideal as it was within walking distance of a variety of cafes, restaurants and shops, which was perfect for exploring the local area. the apartment was spacious and clean, with a great view of the river from the balcony.
The lack of air conditioning was a bit of problem. We were there during a heatwave and it was very hot at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

We stayed here in August and stayed in two different apartments as we extended our stay. Both were spacious and clean (though are not cleaned during your stay) - the single beds are smallish but fine. The hotel has excellent swimming pools - we used them every day and its walkable to the pretty town. Towels are provided but not changed. Surrounding area pretty but fairly quiet, old people's area - depends what you are looking for and all meals seemed to include aligot (mashed potato with cheese). The balcony was lovely with a beautiful view.
Reception staff did not serve people in order but were generally fine. Only 1 washing machine for whole place so had to make several visits before found it empty. No info sheet to explain things in hotel. Fitted sheets would have been easier - you have to put sheets on yourself. Balcony has a steep drop from it and our 3 year old could unlock the door to it but its fine as long as you watch like a hawk and keep saying no climbing to any monkeys. Generally very happy with though and would use again.

I stayed at this hotel last weekend it was a lovely relaxing stay, I booked the hotel because it had a indoor and outdoor pool the weather was great so we only used the outdoor pool I have to say it was the most relaxing 4 days I've had this year. It is close to the town center which is great, food in the area is also good. It is a good idea to hire a car to see the lovely countryside. The staff were very helpful and we were able to change our room for a bigger one without a hassle with no extra charge.
There is no snack or poolside bar.

Lovely location near town centre, walking distance to supermarket. Comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Claire. Great value for money, with panoramic river views. Good base for touring nearby attractions.
Nothing negative to say.

Great staff, very helpful, excellent location - am already planning a return next year except this time I'm bringing a canoe! The area is unreal - very beautiful - really enjoyed the wine centre in Estaing.
Laundry was a bit pricey - 4 euro per half hour wash and 2 euro per half hour dry - not long enough to dry - but we handwashed most of our stuff and an air dryer is supplied in the room. The room seemed pretty new and had a everything you needed from kettle to wine opener et c.

the indoor pool was a big plus - we were very happy with the whole experience.
i rated services as 'fair' because the wifi was not available in our apartment nor in many other apartments and in the evening there would be many of us camped out on the floor in the entryway using the internet from there. need to either get wifi to all apartments or leave the reception area open at night so we can use the wifi comfortably. thanks!

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The pool was a key highlight, and we were delighted to find it well-maintained and clean. The location was fantastic, nestled among beautiful gorges and within easy walking distance to the town centre and a supermarket. we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The lack of air conditioning in our room, which made it very stuffy during the hot summer days. We would have appreciated some means to cool down the room, especially since we were on the top floor with no shade.

The scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was well-equipped with both an indoor and an outdoor pool. It is the type of place that you can stay at and never have to leave for your entire vacation.
We arrived a half-hour later than our check-in time and could not get in. We then had to go to a nearby town and rent another room for the night but still had to pay at Residelia. The website indicated it was 58 kms from Rodez but it is a very narrow, steep, curvy highway. The drive is very scenic but it does take longer than you would expect to get to Rodez.

We stayed here for two nights as we had a flight out of Rodez airport which is about an hour away. The region is lovely although remote and roads twisty and narrow. Staff lovely and apartments perfect, clean and well equiped nice outdoor and indoor pool. mainly french holidaymakers. Staff dont have much english but would reccomend this place for those passing through. Also close to Conques which is definitely worth a visit.
